Brent Crude Trading At $71.73/Bbl

Crude oil futures decreased Rs8 to Rs5,759 per barrel in futures trade as participants trimmed their positions on low demand. Globally, West Texas Intermediate (WTI) crude was trading 0.18 per cent lower at $67.92 per barrel, while Brent crude was trading 0.14 per cent down at $71.73 per barrel in New York. On MCX, crude oil for December delivery traded lower by Rs8 or 0.14 per cent at Rs5,759 per barrel in 4,075 lots.
